National Jamboree Registration Procedure for Youth
Before starting, you will need:
- Computer with Internet Access
- Scout’s Membership ID Number. This information can be found on the membership card. If missing, please contact the scout office to obtain the Membership ID number.
- Mastercard or Visa card to pay the ten dollar national fee. Cash or checks are not accepted.
The Procedure:
- Visit http://www.bsajamboree.org
- In the navigation box on the left side of the page, click on Registration.
- Read all pages in this section of the web site. When you are registering, you are agreeing to abide by the Jamboree Rules and Regulations posted here. When you have finished, click on the red Register Now box found at the top of the page.
- A new page will open. Follow the instructions to get to the MyScouting log on page. Log on or create an account (this step must be completed by an adult).
- After logging on, click on Event Reservations on the left side of the page. Click on Jamboree on the resulting page.
- Click on the link for the 2010 National Jamboree Youth Participant Application. Please take your time, follow the instructions, and complete the youth application. This is where you will pay the ten dollar national fee.
- When finished, please print two copies of the application. Get any required signatures on the application and return one copy to the council office with a one hundred dollar ($100.00) payment. Mail to: Hiawatha Seaway Council, Attention: Helen Forward, 2803 Brewerton Road, Syracuse, NY 13211.
